ODERING PROCEEDURE:

Ordering Prodeedure:

As our company trades exclusively online, all orders must be placed through our website. Orders by phone, fax, or email cannot be processed.

PLEASE NOTE, you can only login as a CUSTOMER as this allows you to save your favorite products, recall & printout invoices, & download our Template Software etc.

Payment Options:

All orders must be fully paid online prior to order dispatch.

Your payment options are PayPal, & by the Credit Card or Debit Card of your choice via the STRIPE payment platform.

You can also pay by Direct Bank Transfer (EFT). HOWEVER, your order will not be processed until you forward a copy of your bamk’s payment confirmation.

You can also use your AMEX card via PayPal

RETURNS POLICY: Please read carefully

Goods incorrectly supplied or Faulty Goods:

Such goods will be exchanged at no cost to the customer. This includes all freight charges associated with re-supply of replacements & the return of goods incorrectly supplied.

NB: Returned goods must be complete & in the condition as supplied & must be returned within 30 days of date of invoice. Goods returned outside 30 days may be replaced at our discretion only.

Goods incorrectly ordered by the Customer:

Please be advised that all our A4 sheets are manufactured ‘to order’. Hence your orders are custom-produced to your exact requirements. Due to our vast range of label options & the varying demand for those options we do not carry shelf stocks. EVERY order is CUSTOM PRODUCED for you, the customer.

FOR THIS REASON, GOODS INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY CUSTOMERS, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE

HENCE, please take time to sellect your label components correctly in the first instance.

DOUBLE DELIVERIES DUE TO NON-ATTENDANCE AT PROPERTY. If goods are delivered during normal business hours & premises are unattended, we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee. This will only occur if the courier charges us a second delivery fee.

NOTE: If premises are going to be unattended, goods can be left but only at the customers request. However the customer will take total responsibility for missing goods.
